Day 45

Diet: sald with two breasts of chicken, two protein shakes

Yesterday I discovered a huge blister on the bottom of my foot, so I think I'm going to go easy on the cardio today since it hurts when I plant my foot.

Today's workout calls for
chest- pec bench, push press, push ups, cable cross overs

back- lat pull downs, lower back dips, push ups

legs

cardio

I'll try to do jump rope, since I don't need to plant my feet that much.

I have a blister too (new shoes) !

You might want to try taping your foot (outside of the sock).
