Mood: Excellent

Water: about 90 ozs

Diet: Cheat meal which consisted of everything great in the world

Workout:
No cardio

Weights:

Bicep curls, Triceps and Cable Crunch circuit for 5 rounds

Dumb bell snatch for 5 rounds of 10 reps each arm
