Day 31




Mood: Excellent

Water: About 80 ozs

Diet: Salad with three chicken breasts and a variety of cheese haha

Workout:

Cardio: 8 laps at the OMAC

Back:
Pull ups 3 sets with assistance for 8 reps
Lat pull down- 3 sets at 190 pounds fort 10 reps
Seated row- 6 sets of 170 pounds for 10 reps

Triceps:
Standing push downs 7 sets 60 pounds for 10 reps
Dips- 8 sets with assistance for 10 reps

So tomorrow, is a packed day filled with washing dirty laundry, packing, and a cardio session which Jeremy said was going to be intense. I'm off to Texas in two days, so tomorrow is not going to be a day of relaxation. It will be hard to find an internet connection when I go on vacation, but I will persevere and walk 100 miles if I have to to make sure to blog everyday.
