Day 2

Diet: Have eaten only once :( plus 24 ounces of water

Yesterday I did HST routine plus abs and HIIT cardio. I felt strong during my workout and was running at a good pace during my cardio despite being out of shape. I plan on doing some more cardio today and no weights.

This is only the beginning.

I will post pictures of my progress every Monday, feel free to leave any comments or suggestions.
