Today was the second day of my cardio weekend.
Total time: 30 minutes
20 minutes on elliptical, at highest crossramp, alternating between 9-14 resistance
10 minutes on tread mill alternating between 5 and 6 miles per hour
Total distance: 3 miles
Total calories burned: 310
Tomorrow I will take my weekly picture we'll see how it goes!
