Diet: Chicken Mozzarella Sandwich, Chicken, Lots of water, Protein Shake
I'm excited that I'm getting stronger each week. This weekend I'm going to dedicate it to cardio to cut the fat and will lift again on Monday. I can do this, I'll be perseverant. Jeremy has been encouraging me and hopefully with more work, I will accomplish my goal.
Shoulder Press : 50 Pound Dumbells
Triceps: 130 Pounds
Back Rows: 130 Pounds
Chest: 60 Pound Dumbells
Biceps: 80 Pounds
