Day 61

Diet: 5 chicken breasts, lean steak, veggies, salad, banana

So today, I decided to go play some intense basketball for my cardio session. I'm resting from lifting weights at least for today. Full court basketball was quite a workout as I was in buckets of sweat afterwards. Tomorrow I will go lifting with Jeremy and do some HIIT Cardio.
