Yesterday I ran 2.25 miles in the morning. I'm finding it easier and easier to run and not get tired as quickly. I don't take any breaks just run on through. Tomorrow I will run 3 miles. I need to clean up my diet so that I can really see results.
I'm a senior at Brown University and for a good chunk of the past 21 years I have been eating unhealthily and have not been very fit. This summer is the beginning of me caring about how I look and building a healthy lifestyle through what I eat and daily exercise. Through blogging, I plan to hold myself accountable and through helpful comments I plan to keep the fuel to persevere and transform my body.
