Tomorrow I will try to start lifting again since my shoulder has been hurting the past couple of days, it hasn't gotten better. If it is still to painful to lift tomorrow then I will try to double up on intense cardio to keep my fitness up.
I'm a senior at Brown University and for a good chunk of the past 21 years I have been eating unhealthily and have not been very fit. This summer is the beginning of me caring about how I look and building a healthy lifestyle through what I eat and daily exercise. Through blogging, I plan to hold myself accountable and through helpful comments I plan to keep the fuel to persevere and transform my body.
